Good work[edit source]

Well done man. I just was just creating small things. You are pretty good ^^ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Daniloy (talk) 20:33, 22 April 2020 (UTC)‎

Sorry, thought it wouldn't be important since talk pages likely aren't going to be copied on the public wiki. Kami-sama (talk) 12:38, 23 April 2020 (UTC)

Capitalization[edit source]

Please remember to avoid over-capitalization. Wiki presentation of data cannot follow that of the game to the dot due to different platforms and their purposes. ~ SolSys (talk) 21:10, 24 April 2020 (UTC)

Oh I see, my apologies. Time to update the wiki! Kami-sama (talk) 14:54, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

Innovations Page[edit source]

So I saw you removed the innovation IDs because they're "already on the console command page" which some are, but not all of the exceptions are. It's still useful to have them all in one place with their correct names, and have a "their names are usually the same as their display names, but these are the exceptions." — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 20:16, 16 March 2021‎

Decisions/Buildings Page[edit source]

I'm not sure how to best reach you, but when you added the new decisions, many of the old errors in the page have snuck back in. For example, the Saoshyant modifier is incorrect again, the South Slav decision says it gives crown authority when it doesn't, etc. The building page was also reverted to an incorrect version-- all of the common buildings have different MAA modifiers now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 20:16, 19 March 2021‎

I've fixed it. I'm really sorry for any errors, especially the latter since I'm the one who first updated the values when the devs changed them in 1.2 so I have no idea how I got them wrong this time... Kami-sama (talk) 10:14, 20 March 2021 (UTC)

Deletion of Restoring the Roman Empire section in Decisions[edit source]

Hi. You made a massive edit on the decisions page that removed a very useful categorization of how to restore the Roman Empire from the HRE, Byzantine, and Italia. I'm not sure why you decided to delete this section, as it's very helpful (at least to me so much that I remembered seeing it before but not seeing it now prompted me to go thru edit history to find out who deleted it). Deletions on the Army page[edit source]

Hey, are you affiliated with Paradox? Do you keep an "official" internal version, update that version, and then fully replace pages with that version? If that's the case, could you please not do that? I'm asking because I made some edits on the Army page regarding how MAA counter works in January, and you deleted those entirely in your Royal Court update. I suspect you didn't purposely delete those, and just replaced the page with a template version that didn't have those edits. I'm not too particularly attached to those edits, but wanted to make sure you are not doing full page replacements, because a lot of user-added helpful information will be lost that way. --Royardster (talk) 19:00, 18 February 2022 (UTC)

Changes to Achievement page[edit source]

While adding some good material, you needlessly deleted a bunch of existing material from the Achievements page. Consider that sometimes people want to seek achievements without starting a new game every time, so don't delete general advice in favor of the specific start that you like best. In general, if you have a new strategy that is not clearly superior to an existing one, just add yours alongside it! Don't delete the old one. I'm also pretty sure that you can't have more than one custom character on the map without achievements disabling; if I'm right, you've introduced some errors to the page as well. Please review your changes [1] in light of this.

Only a handful of achievements are disabled if you replace someone else with a custom character and they're already marked. Although I have a feeling the devs will curb that strategy someday, in which case the page will the updated accordingly. The page is supposed to say what's the easiest way to get certain achievements. I see you have contributed to the page so I imagine I replaced some of your hard work. If you want to replace part of my edit with yours I will not undo anything, but consider one thing: which way is easier? Kami-sama (talk) 17:24, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
In my testing in both previous versions and 5 min ago in the current version, achievements are collectively disabled once there is more than one custom character on the map. Check for yourself and please fix the relevant parts if your testing agrees. In my testing, all achievements do allow the "custom enemies trick" for exactly one AI ruler though, when the player is not custom (even the four achievements which appear in the code to disable it - Iberia or Iberia, Campeadores, Lingua Franca, Beta Israel).
