Decisions are unique actions a landed character who is at least Count can take. Most decisions are unavailable if the character has the  Incapable trait. Decisions are not shown unless the character meets one of the more specific requirements.

Many decisions are blocked if the character is currently taking part in or planning an activity, commanding an army, imprisoned, suffering from a deadly contagious disease, or  incapable; the character is "available" if none of these are the case.

Major decisions leave a permanent mark on the world and notify all rulers which may be affected by the decision.
